In 1993 Tim established a Sales & Marketing Consulting Firm named THINKERS. This firm has grown and evolved into what is now known as FERVESCO.

He has provided ongoing Management, Leadership, Strategy, and Sales & Marketing consulting services for various private, public, and non-profit corporations in Canada, the United States, and several African Nations.

Additionally, Tim has volunteered in Mozambique, India, Guatemala, Zimbabwe, and Kenya to develop leadership acumen in Business, Government, Civic, Community, Charity, and NGO leaders.

Over the past 27 years, he has led volunteer organizations and held various senior leadership, management, and consulting positions in the Executive & Employee Development, Healthcare, Automotive, Construction, Construction Equipment, Real Estate Management, Digital Media Production, Wholesale & Retail Sales & Distribution, Sales Training, Sales Consulting, Marketing, and Advertising & Publishing Industries.

AMANDA MACDOUGALL

Amanda Macdougall Fervesco

Amanda developed her managerial experience in Government funded agencies and the Ontario Public Service, and learned she had a passion for facilitation and training as a Strategic HR Business Analyst.  She is driven by seeing strong leadership in action, the power of collaboration, and helping others to succeed.  Amanda resides in Cambridge Ontario with her husband and is a proud hockey mom of three boys.

As an experienced People Organizer, Amanda brings over 20 years of Human Resources and management experience in the public and not-for-profit sectors. With broad leadership experience in Stakeholder Management, Economic Development, Social Services and Human Resources, she brings an understanding of complex work environments and of the need to work collaboratively to solve problems and make progress.

As a training and development professional with strong facilitation skills, she can help you to achieve growth and consensus across diverse stakeholders.  Amanda holds a Masters of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Most recently Amanda has been co-designing and delivering executive development learning and development conversations centered on topics such as Leading with the Power of Influence and Practical Empowerment.

Her leadership experience professionally and on various volunteer boards of directors over the past 20 years has provided opportunities to provide guidance in the areas of program and policy development, and governance.

She has taught courses on Property Assessment, Management, and Coaching for Performance.  Amanda has also provided facilitated onsite sessions and team interventions in various environments.
