Tim exhibited a deep passion for creativity and knowledge from his early years. This passion led him to think outside conventional boundaries, always seeking innovative solutions to everyday challenges. His journey is marked by a series of pivotal roles in diverse industries, including healthcare, automotive, construction, manufacturing, distributuoin, and digital media production, among others. Tim’s expertise isn’t confined to just one sector; he has provided management, leadership, strategy, and sales & marketing consulting services across various private, public, and non-profit organizations in Canada, the United States, and several African nations.
His global perspective is further enriched by his volunteer work in countries like Mozambique, India, Guatemala, Zimbabwe, and Kenya, where he has developed leadership acumen in various sectors, including business, government, and non-profit organizations.
Tim is not just a leader but also a creator and communicator. He is the dynamic force behind the UNCOMMODiFiED Podcast and the author of the UNCOMMODiFiED book. His role as a host and guide in these platforms is described as “an unusually practical provocateur” who designs experiences that encourage and empower individuals to stand out in a crowded world.

Amanda macdougall

Amanda is a dynamic and inspiring Senior Partner at FERVESCO and a passionate force for leadership and human development. With a career spanning over two decades, Amanda’s journey is marked by her exceptional human resources management ability and unwavering commitment to fostering strong leadership and collaboration.
Her foundational experience was developed in government-funded agencies and the Ontario Public Service, where she discovered her passion for facilitation and training while working as a Strategic HR Business Analyst. This role was instrumental in shaping her approach to leadership, highlighting the power of collaboration and the importance of helping others achieve success.
Amanda’s expertise is not just confined to her professional environment. She is deeply committed to making a difference in her community. Her community involvement extends to her roles on various volunteer boards of directors, where she has been instrumental in guiding program and policy development and governance.
At FERVESCO, Amanda leverages her extensive experience in stakeholder management, economic development, social services, and human resources. She is particularly skilled in navigating complex work environments and fostering collaborative solutions to challenging problems. Her role involves designing and delivering executive development learning and development conversations, focusing on themes like Leading with the Power of Influence and Practical Empowerment.
Her educational background, including a Masters of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, further complements her practical experience. Amanda is not just an expert in her field but also an enthusiastic educator, teaching courses on Property Assessment, Management, and Coaching for Performance. She is known for her engaging facilitation skills, capable of driving growth and achieving consensus among diverse stakeholders.

As an HR professional, Amanda was passionate about having direct experience implementing the best practices she was advising her clients to do. This led to a progressive management career in the Ontario Public Service and government funded agencies. She is driven by seeing healthy leaders leading healthy organizations, the power of collaboration, and helping others to succeed.
Amanda brings over 20 years of Human Resources and management experience in the public and not-for-profit sectors. With broad leadership experience in Stakeholder Management, Economic Development, Social Services and Human Resources, she brings an understanding of complex work environments and of the need to work collaboratively to solve problems and make progress.
As a training and development professional with strong facilitation skills, she can help you to achieve growth and consensus across diverse stakeholders in the format you need. Her leadership experience professionally and on various volunteer boards of directors has provided opportunities to provide guidance in the areas of program and policy development, and governance.
Amanda holds a Master of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and resides as a proud hockey mom in Drayton Ontario with her husband and three boys.
Emily Windsor
Client Engagement Manager
As an unapologetic extrovert and dedicated ‘people person,’ Emily has always believed in the power of connection and support. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree specializing in youth counseling, she embarked on a journey to make a meaningful impact in the mental health sector.
Her career has been an exciting rollercoaster, from serving as a passionate disabled support worker to donning the hat of an efficient administrator. Along the way, she’s had the privilege of crafting and leading transformative programs for children and youth in nonprofit organizations, touching countless lives in the process.
In 2016, Emily embraced the beautiful chaos of motherhood, trading her career title for the role of a ‘Domestic Engineer’ for six enriching years. In 2019, she welcomed her second bundle of joy into this world.
With renewed vigor, she re-entered the professional arena in 2022, this time in the dynamic realm of Human Resources. She spearheaded the onboarding, training, and development of 200 talented individuals, fostering growth and excellence within the company.
Fast forward to the fall of 2023, Emily embarked on a new adventure with FERVESCO as the Client Engagement Manager. Here, she continues to harness her passion for people and community, working tirelessly to strengthen relationships and drive success.

Marçia Minchin

Marçia is dedicated to helping individuals discover and unlock their full potential through deep listening, authentic feedback, and a relational approach. With over 15 years of senior HR leadership experience, she has seamlessly transitioned into a successful career in Coaching and HR Consulting.
Throughout her career, Marçia has partnered with a diverse range of clients across various sectors, including Corporate Services, HR, IT, C-Suite, Development, Marketing, Programs, and Customer Service. Her expertise encompasses areas such as Leadership and Executive Coaching, Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture, and Performance Management.
Marçia holds a CHRL designation, a post-graduate diploma in HR Management from Sheridan College, and is a certified Harrison Assessments coach. She has completed Advanced-Level education with Erickson Coaching International and is on track to earn her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2025/26.
Marçia and her husband Craig reside in Oakville, ON. They are proud parents of two adult children and delight in the company of their adorable grand-puppy, Onyx.
LENORE WALKER

Lenore Walker (she, her, hers) is an RP-Qualifying Psychotherapist with 10 years of experience in the field of mental health support/counselling/psychotherapy/Art Psychotherapy. Known for her calming and encouraging presence, she is dedicated to co-creating a supportive and healing space for individuals.
Philosophy: Lenore believes that each person has the strength, courage and wisdom to explore their challenges with grace and grit on a journey toward wholeness. Through collaboration with clients, she supports them as they explore their path, discover their wisdom and make changes that bring satisfaction and fulfillment in the here and now.
Therapeutic Approach: Known for her affirming and supportive presence, Lenore helps clients find safety to engage with their challenges in ways that allow them to honour their story, their hopes and dreams, and to find the resources they are seeking to face important questions, reflect in safe space and find what holds heart and meaning for them now. Lenore focuses on a person-centered approach that utilizes a variety of traditional and innovative healing-centered approaches to meet the unique needs of each client. She believes that clients can become confident and settled with what initially feels difficult and collaborate with it until a way through emerges.
Focus Areas: In her practice, Lenore focuses on helping people discover and rediscover themselves, as they navigate life transitions, explore challenges and heal soul rifts. Lenore’s counselling expertise lies in her grounding in Jungian psychology to wholistically address the effects of trauma, difficult relationships/interactions, and managing life transitions. She is particularly adept at integrating creative approaches with CBT, DBT, ACT and IFS. She collaborates with clients so they may “discover their wisdom and change their world.” Her characteristic insightfulness, good humour and practicality help individuals and groups find genuine balance and peace and renewed vision.
